六維力傳感器面臨兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題:機(jī)械過載保護(hù)和動(dòng)態(tài)性能。機(jī)械 過載保護(hù)是指作用到傳感器的力超過某一數(shù)值時(shí),為避免傳感器損壞而增加的一 種附屬結(jié)構(gòu)。學(xué)者也提出了基于不同結(jié)構(gòu)的機(jī)械過載保護(hù)裝置,但由于保 護(hù)裝置結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜且加工精度要求較高等限制,生產(chǎn)出具有機(jī)械過載保護(hù)裝 置的六維力傳感器的成熟產(chǎn)品仍有難度。傳感器性能指標(biāo)包括靜態(tài)性能指標(biāo)和動(dòng) 態(tài)性能指標(biāo)。在實(shí)際的力測量過程中,被測信號(hào)大多是動(dòng)態(tài)信號(hào),如機(jī)器人打磨 拋光時(shí)的接觸力、物體高速運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中的稱重和炮彈發(fā)射過程時(shí)的后座力等信號(hào), 這些信號(hào)屬于快速時(shí)變信號(hào),動(dòng)態(tài)性能較差的傳感器很難跟蹤測量這些信號(hào),所以必須在充分了解傳感器的動(dòng)態(tài)性能后方能選擇合適的傳感器來進(jìn)行測量。
